Ship to us via palletized shipments on our
designated carriers freight prepaid to take
advantage of our 78% off freight discounts.

We will notify you of short shipments or
damaged merchandise upon receipt with
photographs.

An email notification of the receipt of your
merchandise will be sent to you within 48
hours after our inspection and count.

Our online inventory will be updated for you
the next business day.





We can return damaged
merchandise to you
If we make an error:
-We will “call tag” and replace
ship at our cost
-If a shipment is lost, we will file
the UPS claims up to $100
and/or the truck carrier claims

Our service includes inspection of returned
cartons, notification and pictures of damaged
merchandise, and confirmation from you the
customer of what is acceptable to be returned
to inventory.
